CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

MANAGEMENT OF CONTACTS

Purpose and legitimacy: an agenda will be created for the management of contacts provided by the owners or an authorized third party to be able to maintain the relationship and send notifications and / or notices necessary for the provision of the service or carry out the pertinent steps . This agenda may include the data collected through contact web forms for the relevant management. The basis of legitimacy is the contractual / commercial relationship and / or the legitimate interest of the owner.

Assignments: Your data will be transferred in specific cases, and protected by a confidentiality contract to third parties for the provision of a service necessary for the person in charge.

Term: The data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between THE CONTROLLER and the owner.
